Am I the only one that's getting a whole ass eating disorder during quarantine… let me explain myself (in no way am I making fun of people with eating disorders) I Feel like I´m always worried about what I'm eating now, now that we have nothing to do I notice small little things that make me mad that are on my body. So I'll either starve myself or binge at night. I feel like I've become really unhealthy because of this. I mean, I'm trying to stop those habitats and trying to eat like a normal human but it's soooooo hard. I feel like i'm doing better but I just wanted to discuss this problem of mine. And I´m probably not alone, everyone is trying to get skinny and doing workouts and this might lead to some problems...
