Is water wet or dry? When you put your hand in the water your hand gets wet and if you leave your hands in long enough it makes your hand looks like a big rain. But if you pour water on top of more water does that make the water wetter, NO. That wouldn't make sense because you can't make water wetter because its water. Just like how you can burn fire, fire can't be burnt. But it confuses me because when you pour water on something that something gets wet or soaked. My conclusion is….. Water isn't wet, water can make things wet but the water itself can't be wet.
